Well, it has been for a few weeks now, but I havn’t posted a journal about it yet!

So for not going on vacation overseas to Romania like I usually do, this summer is going quite swell so far.
I was quite afraid that I’d die of boredom, and I have to say there were times where I have, but there were only a few compared to how many days I’ve done productive things.

Of course, like almost every summer, there comes the phase where my mother feels the need to reimplant the idea that even though summer is summer, I cannot sit around and do nothing and rant about how she understands my art and its okay for me to spend time doing it, but I need to do other things also. Such as look into college, help out around the house, do school related things, and maybe hang out… ect. That past, thank god.

The day before yesterday I went to play soccer early in the morning at my zoned high school, then went job hunting, then got ready and went to a party, where I danced my butt off for a few hours nonstop. Yesterday I went to an interview to be selected as a volunteer staff member of a MDA camp in July (I can’t wait for the results) then went job hunting again, and then hooked up with a friend to go to the mall; we walked there and then walked around for several hours and got a ride home.
Whoohoo! So those were just a few days chalk full of activity! Tomarrow I’m planning on seeing a few movies, and Saturday I’m planning on going to a karaoke party! Yay, first time for that!

SO. This entry is mostly about my job hunting, and some goals I have for this summer.

Plans Overview:
July 5 Romania??? for the wedding!
July 12 – July 20 Idaho
July 20 – July 26 MDA Camp in Lake Tahoe

Goals/Things To Do:
- get a job
- save money for gas, a car, voice/piano/Japanese lessons, ect.
- study for SAT’s
- look into colleges
- find out about at least 2 colleges a day
- do Driver’s ED so I can qualify for my license in August
- get a boyfriend :3
- complete lots of art
- summer school? (to do US History early)
- read plays for Theatre, get monologues
- get on the soccer team at Chap
- do the summer reading list
